CROCAT

My name is Simone and I recently graduated from Quadra Academy with a focus on Digital Painting and Concept Art.
 

Until a few years ago I was studying Computer Science at the University of Milan, trying to convince myself that it was my path. In the meantime, I was self-taught in my passion for drawing, wondering every day if I would actually be able to make it a job, something I have dreamed of since I finished high school.
 

In mid-2021, after the crisis due to Covid, I decided to quit my Computer Science studies to focus on what I really loved to do: Drawing. So I enrolled in the academy and since then my artistic awareness and technique have definitely improved.

After graduating from Quadra during 2023, I started my first jobs in drawing, including small indie video games and major Italian role-playing game companies. I am always looking for new challenges and experiences. I enjoy interacting with people and developing close relationships, in order to get to know each other better, exchange advice, opinions, and thoughts.

In the middle of 2023, me and Michele Galavotti came up with the idea of CROCAT, a collective of artists with a wide range of styles. One of my goals with this collective (which I aspire to turn into a studio) is to make one of my dreams come true: to work not only with art, which is one of my greatest passions, but to do it with my friends and the people I love.
